In ihren schwarzen Lederhandschuhen präsentiert sie das teuflische Folterwerkzeug: eine große Klammer. Der Druck der Klammer ist so stark, dass von dieser eine Tomate zerquetscht wird. Als sie dem Sklaven d ie Klammer an seinen dicken Bauch setzt, stöhnt dieser vor Schmerz. Immer tiefer beißt sich d ie Klammer in das Sklavenfleich. Doch das genügt der Folterherrin Carla noch lange nicht. Mit einer Drahtbürste schlägt sie zehnmal auf d ie Klammer, um den Sklaven extrem leiden zu lassen. So gefällt es Carla und sie zündet sich eine Zigarre an. Während der Sklave am Pfahl jammert bläst sie verführerisch den Zigarrenrauch aus ihrem wunderschönen Mund. Mit der brennenden Zigarre wird das Sklavenfleisch weiter gefoltert. Auf dem dicken Bauch des Sklaven gibt es noch genügend Platz für weitere Klammern. Am Ende schmücken den Sklaven 4 extrem große Klammern. Und natürlich wurde jede Klammer durch 10 Schläge von der Folterherrin Carla begrüßt. Nachdem Gerte und Rohrstock zum Einsatz kamen, lässt d ie gemeine Carla erneut d ie Drahtbürste über d ie vierte Klammer tanzen. Schreiend kann der Sklave den heftigen Schmerz kaum noch ertragen. Zum Abschluss zerkratzt Mistress Carla d ie durch d ie Klammern extrem gereizte Sklavenhaut mit der spitzen Drahtbürste.
