She then ties his hands behind his back, and leashes him to a solid table, so that he will be exactly where he leaves her when she gets back - and she makes sure that he has not eaten. She surprises him by telling him that it's dinner time, and she had taken a piece of bread from the table and stuck it in her shoe...walking on it, sweating on it, and even going back to the other man's place, with the bread still in her shoe. And now - that is part of his dinner! She gets the cream cheese and removes the bread from her well worn shoe, and begins to feed him...
