She sneaks up on him, grabs him, shoves him to the floor, and holding his little arms, shoves her barefoot deep into his mouth.
His suffering is intense. He gags and struggles to escape. From enjoying an apple, to being gagged by our huntress Suzy, the poor rabbit has no chance against her.
