In between thrashing her slave with a variety of vicious whips and canes, Mistress Akella takes a smoke break, using her slave to hold her boots, whilst she uses him as a spittoon and human ashtray. She exhales plumes of thick smoke into his face and his desperation to inhale her smokey breath is clear to see.
