Mistress Akella has her slave locked in a standing coffin, with some opportune compartment doors revealing his balls. First she tugs and twists on them, then punches them a few times with her leather studded gloves, just to warm him up and let him know what's to come... When he's released from his box, Mistress Akella starts busting his balls with the toe end of her leather boots, kicking harder and harder each time. In between kicks, she makes sure he feels the of her brutal hand too.
