Sultry had a busy week stealing purses and is relaxing at home when Officer Ziva and Officer Celene knock on his door. Sultry had a busy week stealing purses and is relaxing at home when Officer Ziva and Officer Celene knock on his door. After telling him about his warrant, they make their way inside and Officer Ziva quickly gets him on the ground where she pats him down and handcuffs him. While she's doing that Officer Celene is reading him his rights and then searches the purses. She doesn't find any personal items, but she does find something else that adds to his charges. The officers pick up up off the floor and walk him outside. The lead him to their car and throw him in the back before transporting him back to the station. Once there, they frisk him again and then leave him cuffed to a bench. When they return they move him to the interrogation table where the get his information, fingerprints, and let him make his phone call. They try to ask him questions but he refuses to answer any and then asks for a lawyer. Ziva uncuffs him from the table and drags him to the mugshot board by his shirt. Officer Celene takes his mugshots and Ziva removes his cuffs for the strip search. She performs a thorough strip search on him and hands him his jumpsuit. He puts it on and she handcuffs him behind the back insisting on another mugshot. Then she switches them to the front and puts him in a waist chain. When its time to take him to the cell, he refuses and Officer Ziva picks him up and carries him to his cell, and then Officer Celene locks him in.
