He’s known for refusing to ignore submissions and tap outs, moving almost effortlessly from one hold to another never letting up his relentless attack. The Mauler simply had his way with the smaller Kody, using leg spreads, an armbar where his massive legs kept Kody pinned to the match while he her elbow. He attacked her crotch with his foot and heel. Kody struggled uselessly to get free. In a unique move he smothered her with his large calf. He punished her with body scissors, hammer locks, hands over her mouth to cut off her air and more. When Kody would tap out, he would sometimes let her go, only to immediately apply another painful hold. One of his favorite moves is to spread victims legs wide, destroying the power of her thighs.
