I bet he didn't feel so big now. I slowly stretched his underwear, and the material started to rip. I was going to get this over his head whether he wanted it or not.

"Step-Dad, I'm sorry," he groaned. "I promise I won't do it again." He was completely humiliated, but I wasn't done yet; I was so close to covering his head. I stretched and pulled, and I finally got them over his head.
