This was an old custom idea. I am a cop and I pull you over for speeding and notice both your tint is not under code and your registration expired last month. I am about to slap you with a 200 dollar ticket and as we go back and forth debating the ticket I come up with a good idea. If you want to get out of this ticket you need to pull your dick out of your pants and stroke it for me. If you end up coming you wont get a ticket if you don't sadly here is 200 dollar ticket you have to pay. You stroke it and end up coming and the ticket is gone.
