Kasie takes a virgin Lift & Carry Girl Tiffany and tries to show her the ropes with different lifts. Starting with the basics the "piggy back" ... no problem, she got that one. On to the firemen's carry..... this one was a no go for her, she couldn't grasp it.... go figure. On to some leg presses & calf raises, both girls go good on these.
