My IBS has been acting up lately, and you can see that my belly is REALLY bloated. I sit down on the basement toilet and have some uncomfortable soft plops, hoping for relief. Just when I think I'm finished, more plops and trickles come. When it's over, I wipe my super sore ass and describe to you what's really concerning to me about the color of this bm. I couldn't believe it, it was bizarre! ( Later I found out from a doctor that my weird bm was a side effect of food and bile passing through the intestines way too fast).
