Warden Samantha and Guardess Alexis feel that they are not getting thru to the prisoner and so now it's time to bring out the prisons straps and heavy wooden paddles. They reprimand the prisoner for bullying other prisoners and stealing food as the give him a rapid fire double strapping and belting.
