Go underwater in the bathtub with your belly down, do a dunk with you hair completely underwater and submerge with your hair in front of your face like a silky veil, to do that do not move a lot and try to go a little back before you submerge. Try to put your camera in 3/4 front of you and when submerged look it and breath with your hair over your mouth.
