He has prepared a solution and gives it to Amai (who is there under the false assumption that she will be going over some of the latest data for the project she is working on).

Success! With speed that surprises even Dr. Jerusalem, Amai Liu begins her transformation into a pig. At first, she feels strange, holding her stomach and then falling to the floor. In this position, being on all fours feels natural to her. Dr. Jerusalem wastes no time in stripping her of her clothing, revealing her tight, naked body.
