Meiko has a guy tied up. She put pantyhose over his head and gagged his mouth with tape. He blew off her friend who he was supposed to meet. So Meiko decided to tie him up to teach him a lesson. She hogties him on the floor and leaves him there to struggle. He will learn a lesson.
