Officer Meiko Jane has caught a burglar again. She handcuffs him and tells him how pathetic he is. She decides handcuffs aren't enough and uses duct tape to tie him up. She gets tired of his mouth so she duct tapes it shut. Maybe he'll learn his lesson.
