Goddess Meiko is tying a slave to a rocking chair. She tapes his wrists and ankles to the chair. She ball gags him to keep him quiet. She tapes his torso to the back of the chair, making him totally helpless. He is now in inescapable bondage and at her mercy. She rocks him in the chair and decides to leave him there tied up till she decides to come back for him.
