Officer Morgana has caught a burglar. She puts him on his knees and handcuffs his wrists behind his back. She decides to play with him for a bit. She tapes him all up with duct tape. Now that she has him tied and gagged, she pulls his pants down. This cop gets away with anything. She sits on him and awaits backup to take him away.
