Stefania Mafra is all decked out in leather. She is tired of hearing her slave so she gags him. A ballgag doesn't seem to be enough so she uses a harness gag. When that doesn't satisfy her she ties a rag cleave gag through his mouth and then duct tape around his head head. That should keep him quiet.
