Superheroine Stefania is getting her gloves ready so she can catch the naked burglar. No one has been able to catch him, but she is ready. She finds the naked burglar and he is immediately frozen by her gaze. He can't move. So she tapes him all up. Still under the power of her gaze she looks away and he is back to himself but all taped up. She leaves him there all helpless for the authorities to deal with.
