In order to continue with my Goddess Weight Training Program - I decided to diversify the training itself. This time, we attempt butt drops. Nothing too intense - but 325 pounds of weight hitting you in the chest and head is a lot for anyone to handle - and this seat has never experienced it before. But I work him up to it, smothering, jumping up and down, and trapping his face so that it can't move an inch. Then he manages to take several butt drops from me, only to be smothered yet again.
