I started off tying my sub's hands together, taping his mouth shut, and then put a hood over his face so he couldn't see what was coming. Then I proceeded to smush his face and nose with my giant size 13 feet, keeping him desperate for breaths while I stomped on his chest a little bit. Unfortunately, he wore out a little too quickly for my needs - so I'll be sure to do this to him again soon. Looks like I might have to do some more training with with these big feet.
