In order to make sure that both ladies are properly opening up their sacral chakras, Acrosuave shows the ladies one on one various techniques tailored specially for each of their bodies. Through a series of individually different guided positions the ladies hips open wider and wider, stretching their glutes and back in ways they NEVER thought they possibly could!
