Everything was planned perfectly. The phone rang and Step-Mom picked it up. "Hey baby," she said to her step-son. "I had called to see when you were coming home." He was staying out late tonight at a friend's house, so Step-Mom reminded him to go through the garage. As she continued her conversation, an electrical charge shot through the phone, and her jaw dropped from the pain.
