I fill a big deep bowl with grapes and step in with my bare feet. I step, stomp, smash and squish until they're all turned to liquid. I love the feeling of them squishing a popping beneath my toes and under my heels. I turn and give every angle of my legs and feet as I work way through the bowl making sure I've smooshed every single grape, none are getting away. I revel in the sensations and show my feet from every angle as it the mashed mixture drips off.
