Vanessa lives in a tough neighborhood and decides to take a self defense class to protect herself. But when her instructor Lisa takes things a bit too far, Vanessa retailiates - and pays a heavy price. Evenutally, Vanessa manages to get to her can of spinach, planning on putting Lisa in her place. But is even spinach enough against Lisa's brute strength and power?
