After needing spinach to save herself from her previous instructor, Vanessa accepts an offer for a free self defense class, this time with a new instructor. But Vanessa soon discovers that this new instructor is only out for payback for what happened in Vanessa's previous class.

Once again, Vanessa eventually manages to get to her can of spinach . But is spinach enough against this powerful new instructor? Great lifts and strength moves in this one (all real), including an under-arm overhead lift!
