A call came In from a surrounding neighbor about someone setting off fireworks and smoking herb...... Car 56 was dispatched to this 167 in progress. The suspect was a hispanic female, brown hair, brown eyes and dressed in all white. The officer spotted "said" suspect walking along south bound 127th street smoking herb. Upon approach...the suspect fled on foot ...now a 311 in progress The officer proceeded in an aggressive pursuit onto a private residence where the suspect attempted to enter through a locked door.
