This tiny little man thought he could compete with the big men at my company and it's honestly pathetic! His performance has been tragic, he can barely keep up with us at meetings and to top it off he's been complaining about me in his emails. I call him into my office and explain that not only is he fired but before he can leave I plan to show him just how overbearing I can really be.
