I've just had a lovely refreshing shower and finished drying off. With blue towels wrapped around my body and hair I attend to the most important part of my morning routine and brush my teeth. I ensure that my pearly whites have a good thorough scrubbing, and the toothpaste gets nice and foamy as a result. After all the brushing and getting my teeth squeaky clean I rinse out with some moutwash, gargling it before spitting it out and going to put some clothes on.
