I always suffer with dry skin on my toes and heels but this winter it's been exceptionally bad! Just look at my big toes they're so hard I can barely feel it as I take my scraper to them, grating away the shavings and making my skin just flake off. You can see as I blow all the dust out of my pedicure tool just how dry both of my feet were, and once I've sanded off the worst of it on my toes, soles and heels I squirt a genorous amount of moisturizer onto myself.
