I'm wearing a teeny bikini, and I've got something in my hands... a small little neon orange balloon! Well, this won't do, the balloon is much to tiny to give me the kind of pop I need! So I begin by inflating it about 2/3rds full, and then deflate. I repeat, filling the balloon with air again and again until I finally feel it is stretched enough to create a big loud bang. As I feel the skin of the loon getting tauter I tease it, tapping my fingers against it and puffing just little bursts of air into it, bit by bit until... BANG!
