I'm watching some TV with Charlie Syme, turning to him I excitedly explain I've got a little treat in store before rushing to the freezer to grab a tub of his favourite fudge brownie ice cream! He's so eager to dive in he doesn't notice I've brought him a much larger spoon than I have for myself and while he's scooping out mouthfuls I'm picking delicately at the edges.
