I'm warming up on the treadmill and watching some TV as I walk. Starting out really slowly just gently walking, before I step it up a few notches. Continuing to walk faster and faster you can admire my big ass jiggling from all the exertion, I even have a few bursts of running and jogging, switching up the speed up and down. In my green spandex running shorts you'll be unable to resist watching these cheeks as I walk in front of you ;)
