In Part 3 Fit Liz her man on the couch with a lot of groin and stomach trampling along with groin leg presses to destroy his groin even more. She shows her strength (and her muscular glutes) by some more hip/glute lifting and bouncing. Liz finishes him with some head scissors and then proceeds to the final scenario up against the wall again. She throws him with a tomoenage leg press throw and shoulder throw, but its the numerous groin and stomach karate kicks, and karate chops with the KO head scissors that finishes him off.
