I thought, ok this is going to be interesting. Not really what I had in mind but hey, this is KO we are talking about. She walks around grabs a pair of workout gloves and put them on. After a little stretching, she grabs a big medicine ball and does pushups on it. Great full body, overhead and low angles of her doing pushups. You can really see all of the definition in her shoulders, arms and chest with every pushup. She rolls it down to her hip area and does some hip pumps on it. That ball is having a good time. She grabs a set of low bars and does dips on them with her feet straight out in front of her on the floor. Nice shots of her triceps and shoulders working hard. She lifts one leg up in the air as she dips. She's working hard. She gets up and up zips the skirt...you say what?? She slides it down slowly as she looks around for her next piece of equipment. She kicks the skirt up in the air and grabs it with one hand. A kinda angry and athletic move but it was hot. Ok, I look up from the camera and she's just wearing a very tiny thong under that jean skirt....OMG!! Guess what, the workout continues....oh it's time to sizzle!! She walks over and grabs two big jugs of water that have plastic handles on them. She does bicep curls with them and then side laterals. Wow...nice full body and closeup shots of this action.
