Gwen thinks she's pregnant so she gets a pregnancy test and takes it. To her horror, she finds out she's pregnant and doesn't know what to do. She calls her bestfriend Laila and cries to her about her problem. After admitting she has no clue what to do because she's never had to diaper anyone. She's always been the youngest so she doesn't know what she's going to do. Laila calms her down a little by telling her she can practice diapering her. Gwen is a little shocked, but agrees and goes about ordering some diapers online.

The delivery guy finally arrives with the package of diapers, even making a cheerful comment about how nice she is for taking care of her elderly parents. Laila is at the store shopping, but doesn't tell Gwen she's out shopping for baby supplies for their day of fun. Arriving at Gwen's, Laila just starts stripping and can't wait to get started.

Upstairs, Gwen goes about diapering Laila but Laila decides if she's going to be the baby, she's going to act like it too. She starts kicking her legs, crying and pawing at Gwen's breasts. Gwen gets the hint and pulls out a bottle of milk that Laila brought and starts feeding her. She goes about the business of taking care of her new baby when Laila starts crying. Gwen can't figure out why Laila is crying but eventually settles on she must be wet. She can't believe her friend really wet herself, but this is her practice so she goes about changing her friends first wet diaper.

After changing, Gwen announces they are going to the park. Laila drops the baby act but Gwen tells her too bad, she's step-mommy now and step-mommy wants to go to the park. At the park, once Laila is done playing on the playground, it's time for another snack and more milk but of course, our little baby girl can't help but wet her diaper again. When Gwen goes to start changing her diaper, Laila freaks out and inadvertently admits she's enjoying being the baby and is wetting her diaper on purpose but she's not going to let herself be changed in public. Gwen doesn't have any of it and changes Laila right there at the park.

Back home it's time for a bath. Bath time is always fun with some scrubbing but it ends when Laila has to go to work. Sadly, she puts on some big girl panties and heads out the door, but not before promising to come back and be the baby for a little longer and gives Gwen a little too long kiss on the cheek.
