Joy doesn't understand, and Becky, not wanting to admit it was to turn her boyfriend on, tells her step-mom she's been wetting the bed. At first Joy doesn't understand, but settles down and tells her there's no reason to hide it that she'll help her buy them and even help change her. Becky is less than happy by this, but has to play along and let her step-mom change her diaper.
