Susie is still a bed wetter, and her big step-sister, Ally, knows fully well that her step-sister still wets the bed. But Susie takes it in stride, even letting her big step-sister help her out of her Goodnite and into regular panties so they can go catch a movie together.

But later that day, Susie is laying in her bed upset. She's going to going to college soon, but she still wets the bed! What if her roommate finds out and tells everyone? Then everyone will know she still wears Goodnites to bed. Worse, her Goodnite earlier leaked.

For her leaking problem, Ally has a solution. Susie just needs to wear a real diaper, one that's made for bigger people with bigger bladders. This only upsets Susie more, until Ally tells her that if anyone finds out, she'll tell everyone she wears diapers too! To prove her point, she even got one for her to wear tonight as well.

Ally changes her little step-sister into her first real diaper. Next is Ally's turn to be diapered. With both girls in literally just their diapers, they both lay down to go to bed. Susie however, has a few more questions to ask her big step-sister and keeps bugging her. With that, both the girls had a tad of sexual fun with each other before going to rest. (There is some bonus BTS footage, which partially explains why they decided they wanted to be sexual. That was not part of the script :-p But who am I to stop two diapered girls from fondling each other?)
