Daisy is sick, lying on bed when her friend, Madeline, comes to check on her. Daisy is still pretty feverish and hasn't moved around much, which also means she hasn't been taking her meds and getting anything to drink. So Madeline walks off to get Daisy a drink, but returns with a sippy cup full of water.

Daisy asks why she brought her a sippy cup. Madeline simply explains that since she's sick and weak, she didn't want her to spill it. Plus, it was in her cabinet so she figured it must already be Daisy's anyway. With that Madeline let's Daisy get some rest and leaves her be.

A few hours later Madeline comes to check on her friend again, only this time, she notices something she didn't see before. It appears that Daisy is wearing a diaper! Madeline asks her why she's wearing a diaper, to which Daisy replies it's a matter of convenience. Since she can barely move around when she's sick, she puts on a diaper to make life easier.

Madeline notices that she's also wet. When Madeline sees this, she decides that Daisy needs to get changed. She finds out from Daisy where she keeps her diapers and heads off to get them. When she returns, Daisy is hesitant to let Madeline change her wet diaper, but Madeline threatens to spank her if she doesn't cooperate. Plus, if Daisy is too weak to get up and take her meds, she's obviously too weak to be changing her own diaper. Daisy finally caves and let's her friend change her wet diaper. Once Daisy is in a dry diaper, Madeline tucks her back in so she can rest off her fever.
