Once Susie is diapered, the girls decide to make another bet. If Susie loses, she has to wet the diaper. If Becky loses, she goes diapered 24/7 for a week. With that, the game starts. Becky keeps harassing Susie that she needs to drink more so she can wet her diaper when she loses. Another round goes by, and it looks like Becky will certainly win.

So Susie gets up and gets more water from the kitchen. She joins Becky from the last 2 rounds. But to Becky's disbelief, Susie makes a comeback and the two girls tie! Becky says since they both tied, that neither of them needs to go through with it. But Susie chimes in and admits she actually already wet her diaper, so therefore Becky is now obligated to go through with her end of the bet.

With that, Becky decides that she can't let Susie sit in a wet diaper for the rest of the day, so she quickly changes her diaper. Then, to start fulfilling her obligation, Susie switches roles and begins to diaper Becky.
