Kit Mercer sat close to the piano but her musical skills were negated by the zip-ties around her wrists and ankles and her protests muffled by a tape-gag. Attempting to summon for help, Kit banged unmusically on the piano; when her shoes were removed and her dress lowered, the determined pianist maneuvered close to a window, where she stood barefoot and bare-breasted but attracted no rescuer.
