Pretty secretary Tiffany Thomas is securely bound to her chair and gagged with tape. Once she thinks her captor is gone, she slips out of her high heels and tries to hop away in her stocking feet. Doesn't quite work. Her captor comes back and lifts her up carrying her out of the room!
