After she was untethered from the post, Theodora was perched on the counter of an outdoor bar where she sat bound hand and foot with a tape-gag sealing her lips. Her delicate bare feet once again attracted the attention of her temporary master, who mouthed the delicate toes before watching Theodora struggle cautiously several feet above the concrete surface. A string-tie was later added to the toes, then a modest ball-tie connection discouraged her from even considering an attempt to edge off the platform.
