REPORT ON PROBATIONARY CANDIDATE JAYME LANGFORD

"After debriefing both the probationary candidate and the test officer assigned to her field examination, I have reluctantly concluded that candidate Jayme Langford should be unconditionally rejected as a field officer for the Department. Although Langford is a well-educated and highly-motivated candidate, her behavior under the stresses of the field examination fell far short of the resourcefulness and physical prowess required of our agents. I have based my recommendation on the following data reported to me by Langford and the undercover officer:

1) To initiate the field exam, Langford was contacted by the central office and ordered to tail a known enemy agent. Langford initially performed skillfully, but soon lost sight of the test officer, who surprised and overpowered her; unfortunately Langford offered minimal resistance and was taken to a neutral location where the officer blindfolded, gagged and bound her.
