While wearing a loose fitting tank top and not much else, I sit on my bed in my upstairs bedroom and use a q-tip to induce some much-needed sneezes. My nose has been bothered almost all week by the super dry heat and I need some sweet relief. Finally, they start to teeter off and my sinuses are feeling a little bit better.
