Jewell, Karen, and Sara have embarrassed a classmate, Johnny, with a cruel practical joke, and he is out for revenge. Jewell wakes up from being captured and finds herself bound between two chairs. Johnny tickles her exposed stocking feet relentlessly despite her pleading with him to stop. He uses his fingers, a feather, and an electric toothbrush until Jewell is writhing in ticklish torment.
