I am sitting at my desk working with my feet shoved tightly in my ballet slipper looking flats. With both feet side by, I begin to slowly let one foot out of its shoe. Then quickly slide it back in. I take turns sliding my feet in and out of the tight shoes, allowing them some room to wiggle. After awhile I just sit there with both feet on top of my shoes, wrapping my toes around the round front of them. I wiggle my toes and flex my feet over and over again. I sit patiently getting work done, letting my feet breath. Sitting so still letting you get a good look at every inch of my foot.
