Poor Miss Quin is in for some torturous tickling from Kandii Kiss. With her ankles bound together and setting on pretty black pedestal Kandii takes full advantage of all ten toes and those soft soles. Tickling them with her long nails, raking away at those soles Quin to giggle and laugh. Out comes the brush and Kandii gives it to Quin hard making sure to get those little toes wiggles and wrinkled soles shaking.
