I would like Sadie to have Hannah lay down so she can begin her inspection. To start, have Sadie unbutton both the pants and shirt to reveal all of Hannah's belly. They proceed to have Sadie clean Hannah's belly button with soapy water and a qtip. Next have Sadie inspect Hannah's belly button with the forceps, spreading it open to see all the details inside, also have Sadie comment on the shape and details of Hannah's belly button. Then have Sadie use her fingers to spread Hannah's belly button both vertically and horizontally to get a different perspective of Hahhah's belly button, also have her lightly poke and circle the rim of the belly button as well to see the depth of it. Next, have Sadie use the new two items, first the pinwheel to see how sensitive Hannah's belly is by rolling it over her belly and belly button.... then using the extractor have Hannah's belly button pulled out with it to see how it looks as an outtie. Next Have Sadie see if a visible pulse in Hannahs' belly button, if she can see it have her point it out or place her finger directly over it. Next have Sadie listen to Hannah's belly all over with the stethoscope and have her comment on what she hears. Have her check on the belly button too and coomment on how it sounds. Then have her listen to Hannah's heart with the stethoscope directly over her chest and have her comment on whether its beating fast or slow, have Hannah comment with something like "its because I'm excited about this exam" or something fun like that. Then have Sadie use the doppler with her saying that she wants Hannah to hear how fast her heart is beating. Have Sadie use it directly over Hannah's chest where her heart is. Once all that is done have Sadie proceed to inspect the belly button with her tongue, telliing Hannah that this is the final part of her exam to make sure the belly button is all well.
